I do not recommend this business. Ben is terrible at communicating. My truck was parked in the lot for months before even touching it. When he finally got it in the shop, it took him about 6 months to get the transmission out. He rebuilt the transmission and 2 months later I get all kinds of codes. It ended up being the torque converter. I brought it back to him and it was the same thing all over again. The truck sat in his parking lot for months and since it was under warranty he proceeded to “rebuilt” it again with all new parts. 5 months later I pick my truck up. The very next day I drive my truck cautiously as he told me to break it in. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AGAIN. Same exact problem. It lost a lot of power and slowly went down hill again. I reached out to him nicely and told him what happened. He said it would be a few months until he can look at it again… I was NOT about to take my truck back for the 3rd time because It was in the shop for a total of 12 months already. AND paid $4200 in insurance over the 12 months it was in the shop.I basically paid $10,000 for a peice of crap trans rebuild. What a waste of time and money.

Ben and his staff have worked on several of the vehicles in my fleet of work trucks. We drive Ford F-350"s with 6.0 and 7.3 engines. They've worked on both for us. They have tons of experience and knowledge. The latest job was changing the engine and transmission on a 7.3. It runs like it's new. Ben is very pleasant to deal with. We drive 50 miles to get them to work on our trucks. It's worth the trip.

Brought my Hino truck in for service today, for the first time, and all went super well. Ryan took care of my issue right away and had me back on the road within a few hours because i needed my truck by the next morning. Very professional & courteous crew at this shop, with tons of experience combined. This will be my new service stop . Great Experience
